Teresa S. Burkhart - President |
Teresa is the Founder and the President of Tek-NiqueInk. She has been in the Imaging Supplies Industry since 1996. Her extensive experience in Sales & Marketing Management included managing one of the largest Sales Teams in the Imaging Supplies Industry (Static Control Components), as the Domestic Sales Manager for the US & Canada. After 6½ years with Static Control, she relocated to Maryland with her husband. Ms. Burkhart decided to open her own business in the Imaging Supplies Industry as an Independent Contractor for three of the largest Outsource providers. She has written several published articles for various National and International Magazines, and continues to be an active member in our industry as an author, trainer, and speaker. She is directly involved in all aspects of the company, her focus divided between setting the strategic vision for the company and nurturing a service led organizational structure, and driving innovation throughout the company. |

Edwin M. Burkhart - Vice President of Operations |
Ed Burkhart is also one of the Founder’s and the Vice President of Operations. His experience encompasses 21+ years in the USAF. His extensive management experience includes Personnel, Procurement, Aircraft Maintenance, and Quality Assurance Management, Training and Professional Development Instructor, and Human Resources. His expertise includes extensive experience as a Quality Assurance/Safety/Evaluations/Inspector for various Aircrafts, as well as one of twelve Flying Crew Chiefs for the Presidential Airlift Group that supported Air Force One. He has been awarded numerous medals, honors, and accommodations for his outstanding service. His intensity, dedication, and leadership skills have served him well. He is known for his incredible work ethic and his high level of integrity. His reputation is definitely one of great respect and admiration. Ed will be intricately involved in the day to day operations of our company including strategic planning, marketing, and operational initiatives. |

Mike McGurn- Vice President of Sales |
Mike McGurn is our Vice President of Sales. He has 24 years of experience in the Office Products Industry. Mike retired from a 24 year career with Boise Cascade and OfficeMax in April 2009. He brings a wealth of experience selling commercial and government accounts. His areas of expertise include account design and implementation with a distinct competency in managing complex business models.
His experience with Total Quality and process improvement adds a consultative side to our offering. By eliminating unnecessary processes our customers can lower soft costs associated with the procurement process. Mike is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park and resides in Annapolis. |
