Tek-NiqueInk warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Tek-NiqueInk cartridges are recycled under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds the original manufacturer’s equipment.

Tek-NiqueInk will replace the cartridge or refund the full price of any printer cartridge to be defective.

Tek-NiqueInk will repair a print device if a Tek-NiqueInk cartridge causes the device to fail.

Tek-NiqueInk also warrants, subject to condition stated below and under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printers.  If the print cartridge is said to damage the print device and said print device can not be repaired, then Tek-NiqueInk will replace printer.  This warranty is based upon the client providing us with satisfactory evidence the printer failure was due to a defect in the Tek-NiqueInk cartridge, including a written statement from an authorized independent service company’s letterhead, dated, and signed.

Tek-NiqueInk’s liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as proved above.  This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchant ability and fitness for particular purpose.
